Dr. Khosrow “Nema” Nematollahi

(CEO, Chairman)

After graduating from Purdue University and receiving his Ph.D. in Structural Mechanics in May 1983, he was principal engineer in the nuclear power industry for nearly two years at Impell and Surgent & Lundy Corporations. He has also been associate faculty of mechanical engineering at Purdue University School of engineering at IUPUI since 1997.

He founded Modern Computer Aided Engineering Inc. (MCAE) in 1984 to develop an advanced finite element analysis system. As chairman and CEO of MCAE, he raised close to $6,800,000 from research grants and software commercial sales. He is still the chairman of CAE-net.com Inc. as well as Advanced Renewable Power LLC.

Since 2005, he has been awarded several research grants from the Department of Defense to conduct research in the area of advanced armor technologies.

He has been conducting research in thermal management system development for electric vehicle batteries and Grid Energy Storage systems in collaboration with EnerDel Inc for over four years.

DR. ATIF ZAFAR

Dr. Zafar has a technical expertise in electronic and computer systems hardware design, computer software design, fund-raising and is a serial entrepreneur.

A physician by training who still practices he has a deep appreciation of the technology of ARP and how it can positively affect the world.

He serves as the Business Development Manager for ARP in the Middle East.

TRENT SCOTT

Mr. Scott received his Bachelor’s Degree from Wabash College and his Master’s Degree from Ball State University.

For the past 25 years, he has worked in various leadership roles in Human Resources and Administration.

In 2010, Mr. Scott became Vice President at EnerDel. Since Leaving Enerdel, he has provided executive consulting in business administration.

KELLY LEDBETTER

Mr. Ledbetter received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 1992 and a Professional Engineer Certification from the State of Indiana in 1998 and earned a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue in 2002.

In 2009, he joined Enerdel where he developed large Lithium battery systems for EV, Plug-in Hybrid vehicles and grid systems.

GEORGE GORDON

Mr. Gordon is an accomplished, decisive, manufacturing and I.T. professional with 30+ years of extensive knowledge and proven success in overseeing high visibility projects, leading development teams in multiple industry environments.

Analytical, conceptual problem-solver with depth to maintain and advance technical projects. Recognized for proactively directing teams to deliver optimum system performance, leading all stages of program development.
